Description
Cups support the skin’s natural renewal process. They soothe, stimulate, and encourage the flow of lymphatic fluids. They help detoxify the skin, restore elasticity, reduce puffiness, and may even diminish the appearance of expression lines.
Cupping massage deeply relaxes, yet it also energises the skin — stimulating regeneration and boosting oxygenation.
Care Ritual
Dear Friend… Pause for a moment.Focus on yourself.Take a deep breath.Relax.
Apply your chosen oil to the skin and gently press it in. Then lightly squeeze the beige bulb of your cup and place the glass tip against your face. Slowly release the pressure until the cup gently attaches to the skin.
By controlling the pressure this way, guide the cup across the skin with slow, smooth, harmonious movements.
The direction of the movements is key: gently glide the cup upward and from the centre of the face outwards. Move slowly and mindfully.
After finishing the massage, stay warm and allow your skin to rest for several minutes so it can fully benefit from the treatment.
Remember – the massage should feel pleasant. If you experience any discomfort, gently lift the cup at its base to allow air inside. The glass tip will release from the skin, and you can place it back on again – this time with the right intensity.
Use the narrower cup on the delicate eye area, and the wider one to massage the rest of the face.
You can use the cups daily for 7 to 15 minutes. With regular use, you will notice improvements in your skin’s firmness more quickly.
Don’t forget about hygiene – the cups should always be clean. After each use, wash them thoroughly and dry them completely.

Contraindications
Do not perform cupping massage if you have any of the following: cardiovascular diseases, a cold, fever, skin problems, damaged skin, high blood pressure, couperose (vascular) skin, or cancer.
People with couperose (vascular) skin should perform the massage with their hands instead of using cups.

Our outer box is made of recycled paper – please dispose of it in the appropriate paper container to help us close the loop and take care of the planet.
Before throwing away the glass bottle, simply rinse it with water and place it in the proper glass container.
Pump dispensers made entirely of plastic can be thrown into the appropriate plastic container.
